    STAYING AT CADEN’S could only last for so long. A few nights ago she’d been lucky when she snuck back into her dorm for a few necessities to last her a few days and her roommates were nowhere to be found. In a way, she was thankful for boot camp, because she wasn’t in her usual classes where Lou could stare her down and everyone was so caught up in the exercises that there was barely time to catch your breath let alone step away to gossip. Katerina hoped to keep up this luck as she quietly twisted the knob, making her way into her room. Only, quite as soon as she crossed the threshold, two sets of e y e s zeroed in on her. And a tension suffocatingly thick enveloped the room. The brunette smiled stiffly in response. “Hey...” she said nervously as she closed the door behind her. “Uhh...I come in peace?”

 “─ OH, HEY LOU,” Kat said as she stepped into her dorm. As much as she would’ve preferred staying with Caden, the girl needed a mild breather from all the testosterone. She didn’t expect to see any of her roommates to be there ─ despite the lockdown, she thought they all had plans to be elsewhere with their dates. “I thought you were gonna be with the hot Russian tonight,” she commented while slowly making her way over to the redhead’s bed.

    RHYS DIDN’T GET drunk very often. In fact, he can count on his two hands the number of times he went completely BEYOND his limit. But tonight called for reinforcements and enough liquid courage to say...whatever was on his mind. Rhys wasn’t quite sure what that was yet but that didn’t stop him from banging on Jo’s door at this late hour. He didn’t even stop for pause when the redhead answered the door rather than her. “Is Jo here?” He slurred as he leaned against the doorframe for support.
