The kingdom of Elveria has always been seen as a promised land for runaway darlings, due to their zero-tolerance attitude towards yanderes and strong military. They firmly believe that yanderes are animals incapable of “real” love.

Jackson Carter truly loved his and Sarabeth’s daughter Rose, and did the best he could to give her a happy life despite his wife’s oppression. Her death from Wasteland Flu at age 4 all but shattered his mind, and started the chain reaction of events that led to the founding of Elveria. (WARNING: DEPICTION OF A DEAD CHILD AHEAD)

Respected and adored by darlings as a promised land, feared and hated by yanderes as an example of everything they’re against. Elveria is the D-centric country, with a ranking of D-10. Founded by Jackson Carter, a kuudere who, after the death of their child, managed to escape from Sarabeth Walton’s clutches, fleeing to what was back then southern Sarruma.
There, he formed a revolutionary army and managed to drive away the Sarruman military, forming Elveria. Elveria has since resisted any attempt at invasion by yandere armies, and they always happily welcome darling refugees.
