Hey there everyone! Guess who SCAMMED ME!
In late February, I ordered 2 fabric masks, one for myself and one for my brother. We are both immune compromised, me with a brain disease and immune problem involving my white cells, and him because he has asthma. I thought “that’s a lot of money, but if it protects us I’m willing to do it.” Well guess what?
Never arrived.
You may be thinking, well all the masks across the world are sold out! It’s going to take a while! Well here’s where that becomes an issue. It becomes a scam when, after a month, almost month and a half, I cannot get a reply back. Not only have I tried texting and it will not go through, but I have:
Emailed
Called
Tweeted into the void
Used their ‘help center’
So through all this, I cannot get my nearly 50$ back. I take upwards of 20 medications a day. My brother takes 3-4 a day. These are expensive. Right now I’m living with my parents, so while I don’t take the brunt of that bill, I will have to start contributing my very little savings to keep our lives running. To keep being able to afford our medications, his, food, house payment, etc. At this point we’ve gotten other masks to responsibly use to go to the store. I just need my money back. But nope! Nothing. No word back. No emails. No help. So, with that being said, SPREAD THIS.
SPREAD IT LIKE WILDFIRE.
EM GENERAL SCAMMED ME OUT OF 50$USD for my immune compromised family and myself, will not refund, and has scammed many others.
Tweets and info is just now popping up as far as I’m seeing. I’ll link the scam website underneath here so you can report it, and so you know not to use it. They claim orders have begun shipping, but will not refund anyone.

This is followed by a paragraph sized web address.
