little doodle of Emaleth from the Mayfair Witches novel "Lasher" by Anne Rice because I have feelings about her. Bringing your mother out of a coma by breastfeeding her is def a weird move but hey it worked, she shouldn't have been shot in the face for it. Also yes you read those words right.

I'm almost 100 pages through 'Lasher' and I cant even!...

I reeeeeally love Mona as a character, i'm curious to see how far she can get.

god I hope this ends with Rowan and Lasher and Emaleth and endless hordes of monster grandbabies crammed in the same house. not gonna happen but it should.

I know that Emaleth is ridiculously inaccurate compared to her book version and I respect people who are upset by that, but personally speaking I think that "mysterious hot woman wearing an eye-concealing bridal veil and a skimpy gown/leather harness getup shows up in a field riding an ox, milks said ox onscreen, and has one of her handmaidens deliver the milk to her supernaturally arranged true love who is immediately driven to his knees with lust, all without her saying a single word" is peak character introduction/design, actually. 10/10.

I’ve been on this site so long that I made a post the day mcr broke up about how important they were to me and my best friend, and all that we genuinely felt we had to thank them for, including our friendship. And in 2019 for our birthday we snuck away from friends every few minutes to watch bits of the livestream. And when I heard the news, she was the first person I called, and we’re gonna see them in October together.

And yeah I’m just really glad that I stuck around and get to be here for this. It’s the small bits that make you flail in public. And also I love Emaleth
