Why I loved Kpop Demon Hunters is because it taught me about being born with "patterns" and the consequences of being taught to quench it until you're "good enough". My patterns are my AuDHD (Autism/ADHD). I was brought up by society to be ashamed of my autism. To cover them up. But it only makes it worse. Then here you are in pieces but see the beauty in the broken glass. And that's the start. What I'm doing now is to figure out how to function WITH my AuDHD and not without it. To embrace my true nature and make it work with me. Where darkness meets the light.
