#march2fitness Day 2 Wednesday 2nd Gym Or in my case, not gym. Three afternoons after work finishes I plan to go to my gym for yoga, Pilates or Bodybalance. This particular afternoon I got caught up at work - primary school teacher - and didn't make my 5.30 pm Cardio Reformer class. Lesson learned, walk out the door at 5pm as if I'm keeping a paid appointment with a medical or beauty professional.
