Back in September I decided to try doing crossfit with Zarik and @starabrost . My before picture is from 2 weeks after I started. Every day I've been getting stronger and I've become totally addicted. After 6 months, I was wanting to work on my eating habits and my friend @songbird1478 did a 30 day challenge that ended last week. With God's help I'm overcoming my bad food habits and have lost over 10lbs so far.
