My mother-in-law has been in an abusive relationship with her husband for over 25 years, and has gotten the courage to leave. Her husband severely abused her and her children, including my wife. A few years back, my wife and I had to make a GoFundMe to escape that house and it was successful and helped us escape. We can't help her financially because we are already struggling, and decided to make this post to help fund her escape.

"That brings us to a more dangerous phase." While Washington lawmakers have been trying to negotiate further stimulus, many Republicans oppose a deal of the size Democrats say is necessary. Republicans want a deal to include legal protections for employers against virus-related health claims from workers. Lesbian trying to move with girlfriend and cat!

Hey y'all, I hate to do this and idk if it's even going to work but in July me, my girlfriend, and our friends are moving to a new house to get out of a dangerous part of town. I moved in with my girlfriend and her roommates to initially escape my abusive hoarder parents and I don't want to go back if I can't afford to move. My girlfriend would also be going back to her abusive household if we can't pay for July.

I have a job set up in July but won't be making enough by then to actually get in the house.

We have to pay rent for the two places at once until the lease is up, for both me and my girlfriend, which means I need 900$ by July because as of right now we are both unemployed despite job hunting since February. The moving itself is also gonna cost like 150$ on our behalf.

We also have a cat named Oreo who needs a place to actually get his zoomies out and we want a house for him so he can be happy and healthy.

I'm just really scared whether or not this is gonna work out, and it feels stupid but we could really use the help right now. Even if you can't help us out in the way of money could you please share? Anything is appreciated and helpful.
