I’m actually going to use this ask as an opportunity to clear something out of my notes app… I present to you: marauders era characters on a cruise. I was on a cruise and I am always thinking of these guys. It was to alaska so like some of these are only applicable to an alaskan cruise that’s the reason why… anyways enjoy!

⚓️ remus and sirius are destroying the breakfast buffet EVERY day

⚓️ they take the inside passage and look at the glacier. I did this and it was very cold. evan is wearing a t shirt and pj pants and is perfectly fine. barty is wearing a puffer and is still freezing his ass off

⚓️ james gets the most ridiculous drink on the menu at any and every opportunity. it’s like blue with a curly straw and a fruit skewer

⚓️ pandora goes to bingo frequently and wins at least once every time she goes. she’s won like $5k. barty goes with her but doesn’t pay attention and is convinced she’s cheating but can’t figure out how that would even work

⚓️ pandora gets remus to go with her to bingo and he gets addicted to bingo. when they get home, he is making sirius go with him regularly

⚓️ lily has researched and arranged all of the excursions and activities off the ship in each port location

⚓️ lily got everyone the magnetic whiteboards and markers for their cabin doors but eventually steals the markers back because the marauders are leaving profane doodles and there are children on the boat

⚓️ the other marauders hang out a lot with harry so james and lily can get some time together. when i wrote this i was picturing that three men and a baby fanart of them in an elevator idk if anyone else has seen that lol

⚓️ sirius gets drunk and does karaoke. remus is embarrassed by how attracted to sirius he is while this is occurring.

⚓️ marlene and james enter a table tennis tournament and win the entire thing.

⚓️ peter is seeking out and planning to get everything complimentary. he wants his money’s worth. he gets made fun of but everyone is secretly appreciative of this and when he asks them to come with him they always say yes

⚓️ lily is the only reason they get any group photos

⚓️ 95% of the photos from the trip are selfies of various combinations of people

⚓️ James does the ifly skydiving thing (yes I did this) and sirius takes a thousand photos

⚓️ regulus sits on the deck and reads for several hours every day, especially in the adults only area. dorcas goes with him a lot. sometimes remus joins them and they just hang out there until their friends ask them to do something

⚓️ marlene and sirius go midnight clubbing on the ship several times and everyone else is fast asleep

⚓️ remus still can’t figure out the cruise ship app and sirius ends up just telling him where he needs to be and when

⚓️ sirius curls up as padfoot on the deck during slow afternoons and rests

⚓️ all of james and lily’s friends are jumping at the chance to take a 2 year old harry to get a treat or do a fun activity

⚓️ everyone meets up for group dinner each night :)
