ugggghhhh my belly feels so horrible😩
it started a few days ago with just some general bloating and discomfort, feeling really full without eating much, and my tummy just felt gurly and rumbly and upset. But after eating dinner a few nights ago I knew it wasn’t gonna stay down. God, I felt so fucking sick😣 after dinner my boyfriend was like “time to watch a movie then go to bed?” And I just went “think it’s time to puke and then go to bed” and walked to the bathroom, already tying my hair back cuz I knew it was no use fighting it. I got that sick feeling in my belly you get just a few minutes before you puke when everything feels so tight, like your stomach is squeezing in preparation to send everything rushing up. As soon as I got to the bathroom I was gagging immediately. The first few gags just brought up some sick burps, but pretty soon dinner was joining the mix. I could feel it coming all the way up me throat; all the food I had just eaten was barely digested and scraped my throat as I heaved it up. It was so thick and heavy that it came up in tiny mouthfuls at a time, my belly clenching so hard trying to get it all up. My stomach was really struggling to purge itself, but that didn’t stop it from trying, heaving over and over again and sending little waves I had to cough up and spit out. It was awful. I was flushed and sweaty and white as a sheet, and tears from the force of vomiting were gathering at the corners of my eyes. Even when I puked for the last time I didn’t feel like it was over. I went, “I’m not done” to my boyfriend who had been sitting with me the whole time rubbing my back and holding my stomach. I certainly didn’t feel done. I felt like this could just keep going on forever. My tummy stayed clenched up for a few minutes after, and I barely let myself breathe for fear that the slightest increase of pressure in my belly would trigger a gag and send another wave up. It was miserable. The rest of the night I spent either curled up on the couch or on the floor of my bathroom, but I didn’t throw up again. Even as I’m writing this I can remember vividly the sensation of all the food I ate, completely undigested, scraping my throat as I burped it up. Ugh.
