That lineup is honestly hard to ignore.
Bruce Campbell writing, directing, and starring in it is already enough. Add Emma Raimi and Ted Raimi to the mix, and suddenly it feels like a tiny Raimi-Campbell reunion casually hiding inside an indie comedy.
The trailer has exactly the kind of weird I like. Funny, bittersweet, a little sharp around the edges, and not too polished. Glossy studio stuff can sit this one out.
Also spotted a few little Easter eggs, because apparently my brain just does that now.
Backstage at the Redford Theatre, looking like he just stepped out of an old Detroit theater story and straight into a very suspicious little movie moment.
Ted calling Ernie & Emma Bruce Campbell’s best movie yet definitely got my attention.

Emma Raimi at the London premiere of Send Help, and this look is perfect.
That 1930s cape vibe is classy, but still a little eerie, which fits the whole night perfectly.
The red carpet photos feel surprisingly cinematic, like a tiny old Hollywood moment with a horror edge. I’ve already seen the film, and I’m still rooting for it.
Hope Send Help gets the attention it deserves.
Just found this Emma Raimi interview on YouTube and had to share it.
She talks about her theater roots, why starting out in LA is overrated, and why she’s leaning into horror right now.
She brings up her short Stop Whining & Start Winning, which sounds wonderfully odd. Camp, a little gore, weird power games, and a small boss role for Sam Raimi. Honestly, that already tells me enough. 😄
She’s also very clear about her stance on AI, wants to see way more women directing, and talks about needing more flawed women on screen.
The interview ends with her teasing The Lamb, which sounds psychological and pretty wild.
Definitely worth checking out.
