Japan actually has warning signs for cats and wildcats suddenly running into the road.

The first two say “Caution: Animals.” The last one says “Watch out for cats suddenly darting out.”

Although the three flying cats make it look less like a warning and more like a threat. 🐈‍⬛

An ancient Xena behind-the-scenes clip just popped up on my YouTube timeline, and I genuinely had never seen it before.

The quality isn’t exactly amazing, but you can still understand everything. 😉 Lucy Lawless’s German is seriously good! Turns out it was her favorite subject in school and she even dreamed about living in Germany 🖤

Meanwhile, Ted Raimi is also there, speaking exactly zero German and mostly adding to the general chaos.

A perfect little ’90s time capsule. 😄

I swear I saw a picture of bruce on the top of the stairs in evil dead burns but I think my head made it up.

You were right! I rewatched it today, and when Grandma goes up in the chair, you can clearly see Bruce in a black-and-white photo on the wall 😂

I recently came across the story behind these pictures and honestly loved it.

Back in 1912, a small black cat, though some say he was actually a tabby, showed up at St Mary Redcliffe Church in Bristol and simply decided to stay. Supposedly, he was drawn in by the music.

Tom ended up living there for the next 15 years. He listened to organ rehearsals, claimed people’s laps during services, and took his main duty very seriously, hunting mice and rats. Legend has it that workers later found enough remains from his hidden catches to fill three whole zinc bathtubs.

When Tom died in 1927, he was given a proper funeral, complete with a tiny coffin and organ music. His gravestone still stands in the churchyard today.

It’s really just such a sweet little story 🖤
