So, this has been an exceptionally tough year for Emma emotionally. She should've been graduating from high school next month. Yes, she has been in college for two years. Yes, she's a TA and tutor for several computer science classes. Yes, she's inspirational. But, it doesn't stop the pain that comes from watching your former classmates get their acceptance letters and posting Senior pics and knowing if it hadn't been for a major accident she would also be adventuring to places like Pepperdine, Stanford, or Harvard.
