Shy so sending on anon buuuuuttttt…. I would love to hear about your thoughts on Emmalyn. A lot of characters’ outfits feel out of place in mcd’s setting but i find emmalyn’s to be a particularly egregious offense. Like mfing glasses with a plaid overcoat/blouse thing…they didnt even try with her tbh

Emmalyn! i don't draw her much besides sketches so i threw this together.

she's very different from her canon skin but i like it... this is my Emmalyn... i think she is a little masc in the sense that a school principal would be and prioritizes practicality

i always thought ghost emmalyn's zane thing was due to how little she remembers about her life

she knows the name "zane" but doesn't recall the significance of the name

she also has vague memories of the way kenmur made her feel but doesn't remember him as a person

so she combined the only name she knows with the only relationship she recalls, thus her obsession with her "beloved prince zane"

General consensus is something similar to this with ‘her memories are fuuuucked’ so I think we’ve made a fanon character trait for her now, wonderful
