My biggest confession as a jaytim shipper is that I started liking the ship because of a timkon fic. I never really got timkon so I decided to read one of the more popular fics in the fandom to try and understand the hype, and two chapters in Jason was introduced and I thought the chemistry and banter he had with Tim was electric. And the author wasn’t even trying to write them romantically. So I switched over to the most popular jaytim fic and now I’m here lol.

I was doomscrolling on TikTok recently and of course got recommended an anti batcest video (because antis seem to be overflowing on that app) but the caption on this one sent me into orbit.
Batcest antis are forever pressed about Steph and Cass calling each other sisters in WFA lmao. Oh so now it doesn’t count when it’s a ship that you like? Shocking.
Anyway I’m a stephcass shipper and I see them as sisters. I contain multitudes. And unlike some of y’all I acknowledge canon even when it might inconvenience my interpretation of the characters lol.
