FCC Denies Petition on Behalf of Black New Yorkers

The FCC used a technicality, reminiscent of the historical maneuvers deployed our community, to avoid determining if Black New Yorker's are being under served by Emmis Communication's acquisition of Inner City Broadcasting.  We're meeting to discuss next steps in the appeals process, and to identify the elected officials that have ignored the disenfranchisement of the Black community in this fight so far.
