lil poem for ya!

Lost in the woods

The place I once loved consumed my heart ripped in two

The woods' darkness consumed the fragments left behind 

Couldn’t find my way out, and didn’t even try

The wood’s lovely escape 

The sky above me, perfectly blue

The air fresher than once before, the breaths I take aren’t so keen

Like a twig snapping in two 

Twig one. Snap. Twig two. Snap. Twig Three. Snap 

Snap. Snap. Snap 

Wake up. Where have I gone? 

School all along, the cycle begins 

Ugh next class, never wake me again.

always sick

appointment after appointment,

no more money to make me better

doctors keep referring me to different doctors

and none of them listen anyway

i take any steps to being better

and they gave up on me anyway

i’m normal and everything is normal

and when it isn’t they charge me 300 dollars

so back to back to back

with people i don’t know the name of

anxiety continuously going up

and no medication to fix me

everything tastes like blood,

and all of my body is in dull pain

there’s something pounding, it might be my brain

and out my throat begins a red flood

i’ll never be normal,

i’m always waiting to be better

i can’t keep doing it doctor,

i swear i’ll be hurting forever.

Also there’s like mentions of war and cannibalism so… it’s not that descriptive I think:

I had a dream the war was over

When burning bodies exploded into love

The sounds of rifles filled the air with melodies

The once ruin land filled with riches and gold

As the golden chariot fills us with sun

And we weren’t hungry anymore

So we spit the flesh of the rotting corpse of our families to the ground

Falling with a splat into a pink mess of organs

River red pools of blood turned into flowers under our feet

And how the maggots and mice rejoiced with us

Helping us finish our feast

As we take the forbidden bread and wine

Dripping over our round malnourished stomachs

and soon the angels will come

Seeing us as many other families

Tallying our sins he takes us by our hands to the river

And the war was finally over

I went to the station on Fifth Avenue Walked under the tracks And stared at the far side As on those Amtrak rails I heard the engine whistle As life passed me by Through inch thick glass The world yellowed Like likewise hued old-pages Fluttering across the train yard Leaving me behind on its way Into the city It is a long way to walk

You're so sick and you keep looking at me and asking if I'm okay, if I'm hurt, if I'm in pain.

You're dying, and you keep asking me if I'm alive. You're dying and I keep praying I die before you. You're dying and you keep asking me if I'm dying too.

I once took your medication because they thought I had what you have, and now I know exactly how you feel when your nerves give away. Exactly how you feel when you can't control your trembling hands. Exactly how it hurts when you can't speak or write or live. Exactly how you're dying.

You're so sick, and you keep asking me if I'm okay. I kiss your forehead and reassure I am. I am fine. I am not the one in pain.

I lie. When you are in pain, i am in pain. When your hands falter, my heart stutters.

When you die, I will not be far behind. The part of me you love will burn with your carcasses.

I wrote a song for the first time in a month. I have been depressed. It's called voidcore.

I'd record it now but my pc is still in storage from milton so here's the lyrics. I really wish I had a band.
