bell hooks is a radical feminist? I don’t think I saw it mentoned anywhere, but of course I’ve heard of her! I put many of her books on my list and I can’t wait to read them!
I haven’t read Transexual Empire yet, but I’m planning to flip through it even though i know it’s very bad. And yesterday after I made that post I found an article about Sandy Stone and yes it mentions The Empire Strikes Back (and haha it’s the most badass name for a rebuttal essay, it made me smile). But yeah, I also didn’t know she identified as a radical feminist. I guess it’s no surprise that anyone who isn’t cis or white gets erased or forced out, it’s a problem of most feminist branches.
