BIG THANKS to my friend Liz at @kosherlikeme who brought me (among other things) the most gorgeous Italian prune plums from the farmers’ market! We are having a picnic lunch with cousins on Sunday and first I thought I’d bring a plum pie but decided on this plum galette (you can substitute peaches or nectarines).
