A delightful tart featuring fresh plums nestled in a flaky crust, sweetened with sugar and aromatic spices.
Ingredients: 1 pre-made pie crust. 6-8 ripe plums, pitted and sliced. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put the pie crust in a tart pan after rolling it out. Sliced plums, sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice should all be mixed together in a bowl. Toss until everything is covered. Place the plum mixture in the tart shell that has been prepared. Put pieces of butter on top of the plums. Put it in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the plums are soft. Let the tart cool down a bit before you serve it.
