My mom recently got out of hospital / rehab since her back surgery (she’s been away since Feb. 5th) and I forgot how exhausting full-time care-giving is, on top of a full-time job. 

My Dad isn’t any help with her and I am just tired inside and out on top of dealing with the flares of my Lupus. Huge shout-out to people who are care-givers, hospital workers, etc. y’all are a different breed to do that as a job, as an act of loving service, or just out of necessity because you’re all there is.

Sometimes I get overwhelmed and cry but it’s okay for that to happen - it’s a lot.
