what do you mean tomorrow is Election Day and I'm currently experiencing this thing where if I get stressed or anxious at all I get nauseous and if I'm not super on top of calming myself down I start vomiting uncontrollably

my sister cooked something that smells so bad and i feel so nauseous still and i want to cry like my mom opened a window and sprayed stuff and it still smells and im so ready to puke

and also shes doing these noises that hurt my ears so much

Hey, how do I tell whether I'm coughing liquid from my lungs or if I'm just coughing so hard I threw up? Cause if I'm just puking I'm not too worried, that's pretty standard for me. But if I have water in my lungs I feel like I should start being concerned.
