Dragon Mantle– Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)
This exterior of this thick cloak is covered in large, rough scales while the interior is lined with plush velvet. As the wind catches and spreads this cloak, it gives the illusion of a pair of leathery, scaly wings. The scales of this cloak are the same color as one of the five chromatic dragons, either chosen by the DM or determined randomly. While wearing this cloak, you have resistance to the damage type associated with the breath weapon of the dragon of that color. In addition, the dragon mantle has 3 charges. As an action while wearing the cloak, you can expend a charge to gain one of the following benefits:
You have advantage on all saving throws until the start of your next turn.
You gain a flying speed equal to your movement speed until the start of your next turn. If you are in the air when this effect ends, you immediately begin to fall.
As part of the same action, you unleash a powerful breath attack in a 30-foot cone of the same type of element that the cloak provides protection against. Each creature in the area must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d10 damage of the associated type on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
The dragon mantle regains 1d4-1 expended charges each day at dawn.
