Person A = still madly in love; Person B = married to their job
Scene/Setting prompts:
#1 - Person A watches Person B through the window of a coffee shop. B is sitting inside with their laptop, busy with work. A is torn if they should take a step and start a conversation but ends up indulging in bittersweet reminiscences instead.
#2 - Person B hasn't thought about Person A for months when a random item suddenly remembers them of A. Memories of the totally devoted significant other A had once been are coming alive.
#3 - They have managed to stay friends after their breakup and still share the same group of friends. They always admire the other from afar when the friends meet. Both have different reasons to not take a step toward the other again.
#4 - Person A is writing a series of letters, confessing their still existing love for Person B, but never sends them. Every letter reveals a new aspect.
#5 - Person B is constantly occupied by their work but when they're having a spare minute their thoughts return to Person A more often than not. Only their heavy load of work conceals the fact their personal thoughts are totally absorbed by their feelings for Person A.
