So this lady (with some foreign accent) asks about a 99.99 refund from Microsoft that she says was suppose to be credited on the 3rd. K. Cool. Look in the account and yes Microsoft did deposit 99.99 on the 3rd. Informed customer. Customer says no look they took it out right after. Sure enough it did show debit on the same day (which was a Monday, we don’t do processing on weekends.) for 99.99. I informed customer that the way we do processing is we always take deposits first over any given weekend or business day. So because it was all done over a weekend we show credit, then debit. Customer does not understand, claims they took it out twice. Doing a search for the amount of 99.99 shows no, the only entries is the one deposit, and the one withdrawal. Meaning logically, this was the charge they refunded yes? Customer either doesn’t understand me (at this point I’m using the most Lehman terms I can and speaking very slowly) or just refuses to believe me. After 20 minutes of back and forth of the exact same conversations I get fed up and tell her to go to a local branch so they can argue with her. End Call.
TL;DR the most simple call kept me 15 minutes after work

I kept waiting for her to get her comeuppance. Every time she was on screen I kept thinking You did this for a GUY?! Dojima (?) was an ass as well.
Stories of Apparitions: If you have time to kill, watch it. Anthology of short ghost stories. The stories aren't predictable and have an awesome twist at the end. Out of the five stories, Strange Delivery is the weakest.
End Call - Review
End Call – Review
Although the plot is quite difficult to follow at times, largely due to how often it moves through time illogically, End Call displays an interesting take on the modern-urban condition. The story follows multiple characters as they experience the consequences of calling the Devil. Yes, I said the Devil. The film is constructed around an urban legend that if you video-call the Devil at exactly…
