Now that I have discovered more about the hatred and harassment Jakei has been facing and it’s context, MY OPINION HAS NOT CHANGED.

I still find everything these people have said to Jakei and the constant abuse and making fun of their mental health NOT OKAY. And Jakei has addressed this along with NyxTheShield. This really needs to stop.

Underverse is ENDING because of this shit. It’s not okay to harass someone like this.

Sorry this has been my focus lately, BUT THIS ISNT OKAY. I usually stay out of this, but the fact I felt a need to act shows how messed up everything Jakei has been put through is. The person on Twitter “exposing” Jakei? Absolutely disgusting. Calling them both “monsters” or “criminals” is horrible.

I’m ranting, yeah, but everything I say is what I feel. And seeing all this on tumblr, where I usually go to relax, is sickening.

And anyone taking part in the harassment? Come on guys. You all are better than this.

Ok i'm litteraly so pissed and confused about how people adore Nami and loathe Sakura. Please make it make sense to me. Ok they litteraly have the same personalities, same roles, same attitude and hit the MC for their stupitidy. Also both of them hit the MC's for comedy!! Just because you're not used to Japan's comedy style dosen't mean you have to trash her and bring her into every little thing. Like i'm so confused about how she's being hated on under a One Piece youtube vid. You guys litteraly go way too far and it's really strange. I even so a person say ''Never again compare that shit forehead with queen nami.''

Well that Beautiful forehead and Queen Nami act the exact same way!! Like get the hell over yourselves. Isn't Naruto a show about dealing with hatred? So why is it that Naruto is one of the most toxic fandom ever!! LIke you all need to rewatch the damn show!! It's so weird how you guys hate her for litteraly no reason, This showed me that people will hate someone for the most unvalid reasons ever!! I'm so ashamed to be part of this hell hole of toxicity and hate. There's only like 20% of the Naruto fandom that aren't haters. I love Sakura and Nami so much their both my fav character's in One Piece and Naruto, so seeing people trash Sakura while compairing her to Nami makes me sick and really upset. There was a bunch of other hateful comments trashing Sakura like this. It's so weird and it needs to stop!!

The more I get into Chinese fandoms the more I want out. These groups are TOXIC, all of them! It’s not as simple as just liking the show/celeb in question, it’s almost as if you’re required to devote your life to them. You are not welcomed to speak up for or praise another fandom, not allowed to critique the action of the celeb or its fans and are required to do everything in your power to retaliate against antis, even if it it’s borderline cyber bullying.

I just find it so weird on Weibo when people are discussing potential actors for a book that will soon be adapted, their heads literally get bitten off by the book fans and also the fanclub of that actor who will always respond super rudely with a 滚 请勿cueXXX... I mean like COME ON. This is social media and everyone should be allowed to discuss things like this. Why do people feel so defensive and up themselves all the time? I feel like all this fandom politics bullshit takes away the fun of stanning something as the quality of the fandom is sometimes just as important as the subject itself.

Underverse is getting discontinued due to harassment and hate form the toxic parts of the utmv community

Before I continue, this is a rant and I will swear! So yeah, if you don’t like that, scroll by, or read it anyway.

I’m just going to say that’s fucked up like no animator or any undertale fan should have to step back from what they love because some IDIOT doesn’t like it. You don’t like it? Move on.

I seriously can’t understand why there’s so much toxicity. Like come on. It’s not hard to just bite your tongue and not go harass a creator.

What Jakei created is something that they worked extremely hard on. I mean they animated fuckin FATAL ERROR. Like that’s just insane. But still these people can’t even appreciate that?

And just in general, the utmv is something so many people contribute to and love, and there are so many amazing and beautiful things people created in it. Should we really be casting aside the creations they lovingly made because someone doesn’t like it?

I hope that Jakei can find some peace after 0.8 is published. Wishing them the best, and some rest since I know they had to deal with some health issues during the creation of underverse. I’ll miss counting the days until the next episode, but I really hope that Jakei can really get some rest. And NyxTheSheild for working so hard on the soundtrack.

I always hate when artists get this shit for someone not liking it. I’m always saying how the utmv and undertale community in general is pretty casual and appreciative of the game and fan made things, but this is a look into the toxicity in every single fandom out there. Even a game about kindness and mercy still has toxic people in its community.

What’s worse is I already know it’s too hard to stop this without a huge fight, and I don’t know if I can be the one to start it, but I do hope Jakei having to quit over toxicity can bring more attention to a major issue in not only the fandom but society as a whole.

In my own attempt to start actually working towards a kinder community, if you make a similar post or reblog this, use #end toxicity. If it’s trending, maybe something will start. Maybe not. Can’t say for sure. And I know this could flop anyway.

You know, neurodivergence is part of mental health. I’ve noticed a lot of mental health harrasment in the UT community.

Specifically, this is on the animator Jakei.

I read the context, both sides, and the recent Underverse news and I think the harassment needs to stop.

This is an attack on someone’s mental health and includes making fun of a su!c!de attempt.

If you see people harassing Jakei, stop them the best you can. Don’t harass them back, that brings you to thier level.
