i'm very sorry to tell you that the life in the dreamhouse webseries is standalone and never got a movie

as for the best and worst, that's always a matter of opinion, but most people agree that Princess and the Pauper is the best one and they are CORRECT. Special shoutout to Magic of Pegasus and Barbie Diaries, iconic cinema right there, and there's a lot of other good ones. And then there's like fifteen bad ones but Perfect Christmas is the most boring of them all

thoughts on vampire media?

im gonna fully admit that i actually havent consumed that much vampire media despite loving the concept of vampires so much. i just feel like i want a certain depiction of vampires thats both very specific and also very vague even to my own self and i cant ever find what i want lmao. there’s a good timeline out there where i just fucking write it but we’re not in that one

i dont have a problem w vampires being one-note sexy evil villains a la buffy or blade, but i get bored of it quickly. i vibe more with vampires who have feelings, but at the same time if they’re too dramatic or tortured about it i also get bored. like have some fun with it! i also dont have a problem with Sexy Love Interest Vampires. like just...let them be sexy its fine its okay

i dont really have the bandwidth to go into common themes & metaphors in vampire media but i just wanna say that i know they exist lmao im just not smart enough to discuss them

i love the concept of vampire media but so far i havent found one that hits an extremely elusive & unknowable sweet spot that apparently exists inside me. what we do in the shadows comes very very close though
