I completely understand why Tony blew up on Steve.
Like yeah, I know Tony’s sarcastic, and hard to work with, but don’t tell a man whose been trying to prevent Thanos to “focus”.
He’s been focus for what??? 4 years. 8 years??? Idk??? How long had it been since the battle of New York??
Tony was the only Avenger preparing for Thanos, he’s been focused for years.
And when he responds to Steve with telling him that he lost to Thanos, it wasn’t a fight, yes it’s sarcastic, but the man just had his asshanded to him in fucking space. Natasha and Steve make a face of here we go again.
Like fuck heads just listen for a moment. Listen to Tony’s frustration because it’s valid. It was traumatizing, and you want intel?
“Tony, I need you to focus.”
“Yeah, and I needed you. Past tense. That trumps what you need.”
Like Steve you’re so interested in Thanos now, but if he would’ve listened to Tony before all this happened, the outcome could’ve been different.
Tony comes up with a make shift plan on Titan to get the gauntlet, and almost gets it. They lose it bc of Quill, someone Tony doesn’t know, and can’t predict.
What could’ve Tony had done if Steve or the other avengers had been there? and with proper planning?
My bet is they would’ve won.
