I’ve come to realize my food addiction stems from not having any other real hobbies while also using it as a coping mechanism from childhood trauma. So today I put my heart into the kitchen and pretended like I was running a restaurant or a cooking show and that was really fun even though it was just a vegetarian burger and a sweet potato. It was nice to put effort into a meal and have the quality be exponentially better.
Then I went out to the store with one of my besties and we got some really nice crystals at a steal. We spent a good hour or so looking around at the stuff in the store and I got some quality crystals. By the time we got back on the road I was starting to get some acid reflux since I didn’t eat for five hours and I was walking around and got 38 minutes of activity and 2.35 miles. All I’ve been wanting was shredded wheat cereal for like three days straight and, of course, I did that on my grocery haul yesterday!
That’s where I’m going to end the day. I may have some blueberries later but it won’t be more than 30 calories if I do so I’m not even going to mention it on my log for the day. 😆

Also, this is why it says I’m over. My app has automatic settings and calculates my calories for me, but I’m actually pretty much on target.
