The #EndofDaysBolognese. I will preface this by saying we are not wine drinkers. I used about 6 ounces of red wine in the sauce ... and we were not thrilled. Sorry, Nat! Too sophisticated, I guess, for our iced tea and diet coke palates. And Bob was all, "Blech.
