These are the innocent faces of the YULIN dog and cat meat festival in China. This festival starts on the summer solstice and ends 30 days later. Truckloads of animals are brought in from around the country, some are stolen pets. These animals are subjected to the most inhumane kind of torture. The more pain inflicted to the animal the more adrenaline rushes through their bodies. This they say tenderizes the meat. These innocent victims are hung, disemboweled, burned with torches, limbs hacked off and boiled all while still breathing and still very aware. A ESTIMATED 10,000 ANIMALS WILL BE TORTURED AND SLAUGHTERED! I'm BEGGING you all to sign the petition in my bio.
