[12:49PM] It's your third singing competition and you are once again in the final round. But that one person who kept beating you and taking the first place away from you is Enemy!Doyoung.
He would always mention the mistakes you made during your performance such as missing the beat by 0.0001 seconds. "Looks like I will take the first place once again," he said mocking you. You just scoffed and walked away.
Before your performance started, you trained your vocals in order to perform flawlessly. "I will show it to you Kim Doyoung."
You went up on stage and just as you liked it, you made not a single mistake. The chances for him to win were lower than usual but yet he kept his smirk.
To your surprise, his performance wasn't as good as always. It was too flawed for his likings. You thought he must have done it on purpose but then again why should he? Doyoung got back to you and said "you're welcome" without any context. He walked away almost immediately.
After a few minutes, the judge announced the winner and once again, you got startled when you heard your name. It was the first competition you've placed first.
You went up to Doyoung and asked, "why did you let me win?" He laughed and said, "it's boring to win every single time. It looked like you could need that one win"
That made you curl up your fist in anger. "Oh shut up Kim Dongyoung! I don't need your help to win!"
"Prove it on a date with me at the karaoke bar," he said while shyly smiling at you. You didn't expect this sudden invitation and turned red. Aside from his cocky side, he was really attractive and his voice is too beautiful for you to admit. "Okay," you answered.
"I'll pick you up at 7 then"
