I do enjoy 😊 a good fail because it shows I tried. One arm stretches to get my arms more used to the punishment I will be putting them through At Mile End Wall training room but training g in a fatigued state but with the aid of motion nutrition pre-workout energiser the following videos show me not at my best but just trying to do my best given the circumstances. Fatigued is no excuse for not working out 💪🏾 or giving whatever you can give ago since a little is better than nothing and a little will tax your body less when fatigued as I am. #motionnutrition #organicpreworkout #energiser #trainingwall #veganprotein #ketodiet #vegan #coreworkout @mileendclimbing (at Mile End Climbing Wall) https://www.instagram.com/p/BrIF8SbHB8G/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=d5ajo05qf6j1

Triangle, Circle, Square
20 mins
10+ people
Route
The group forms a circle, standing up. It should be in a bigger room.
With eyes closed, ask them to form a triangle as precisely as possible.
The facilitator stays out to make sure everyone’s eyes stay shut.
When the group thinks they’ve done as well as they can, the facilitator lets them open their eyes to see their triangle. Give them time and space to express and share how the feel and also come up with additional strategies to do it better, if they like.
Then, they close their eyes again and, this time, try to form a square.
For the last round, they try to come back into a circle.
At the completion, again, give them time and space to debrief and share their feelings and learnings with each other.
