IMPORTANT NOTES: * Regarding the term “senior” ( 年上 ) / “toshiue”, * I clarified with @ayara-resara​ when checking the translation that the term much likely generally means “older person” in general. * Please understand Jin used to joke around a lot in older interviews in general (before his series became a huge hit - he’s also commented numerous times on how he didn’t expect it to become so) and he’s a lot more professional now (compared to back then, anyway) in recent interviews!

* that said, Jin outright specifies Ene is “19″ in this interview! * she was INTENDED to be OLDER THAN SHINTARO !!! * this would also be the case for Takane (chronologically) !!

but there’s a ‘???’ on his other side too anyhow, huh

but yeah “18″ is for displaying age / years old. Obviously. the same kanji can be seen in the lyrics of LTM (the scene/exact frame of said LTM lyric showing ‘18′ is also clearly displayed /in this same book/.)

#6: Enomoto Takane Has had a disorder that causes her to fall asleep spontaneously since she was young. Because of it, she always had trouble developing close relationships with people around her, and grew up to have a twisted personality. In high school, she attended a class for handicapped students with her classmate, Kokonose Haruka. When she was in her second year of high school, she lost her life when someone administered her with a drug, entering the Kagerou Daze. She is then possessed by the snake with the "Eye Opening" power, gaining an immortal spirit. Since losing her body, she also lost her abnormal sleepiness.
