Notes: Really liked this book. Not much of it was new to me though, since I've done CBT before. Still, I highly recommend this one.

🇺🇸I’m reviewing Swedish today! Directional adverbs are really hard for me because we don’t have them in English! I need to study them some more to really understand the concept.
