Sleepy:
Tired is an understatement.Nicky is exhausted.Like,literally.This poor boy has been going around back and forth in the same place over and over and over and over and over again.An endless cycle.
Wake up,breakfast,quick medical checks-up, playtime (if you counts him sitting alone in an empty room as playtime), a little exercise, lunch,nap,staring at the wall, dinner,sleep, repeat.The same mundane,boring routine.He was indeed given some 'toys' (that's how those scientists describe it) to pass the time,it didn't goes well with Nicky.He draw sometimes.He run around sometimes.Nothing helps with his boredom though.Nothing.So he ended up sitting on his bed for a while,staring at the door.For no apparent reason.
It has been like..eternity.Okay,maybe im exaggerating now.But for Nicky?It feels like that.He's been staring at the door.Waiting for the time someone would actually comes in to tell him about his behavior today's but nope! No one came in.Another hour passed by,he feels his eyelids getting heavier for no reason.He yawned,quickly covering his mouth with his hand.He feel like sleeping.But here's the thing,he can't sleep until anyone come in.But what could he do? He's getting sleepy.His well trimmed,fluffy tail (oh wow.He's getting decent grooming) has been flicking back and forth.The cat ears on his head has dropped down on the side of his head.Thats just a few signs of it.He's tired...Maybe a nap won't hurt.Maybe..With that,he closed his eyes and lay down against the bed.Yawning for the last time before drifting off to sleep.
...How unfortunate.Someone has actually been monitoring him this whole time,From the cameras installed and hidden away in his room.Ted just stares at the sight before him.The camera screen shows Nicky's sleeping peacefully.His tail wrapping his legs,his soft snores,his nose twitching from to time.He didn't have the heart to wake Nicky up though.So,he just let him be.
"Goodnight,Nick"he said before flicking off a switch,leading to a darkness in Nicky's room.The day has officially ended for Nicky.
