Boy, what a weird year for Ryuseitai! They got 2 new song events in a couple month stretch...including one that was after the Climax events started, but not a Climax event? And the first one we had this year actually feeling like a Climax?!?
The way Tetora has been handled in !! era has been...weird, to say the least. At the end of !, he is passed the mantle of Red by Chiaki...but that doesn't last. He gets the red outfit in Motorshow (with Chiaki donning Orange), but after that...Chiaki is back and always Red. We never got a Ryusetai unit outfit in Red for Tetora, and then Comet Show happened and Chiaki was back, and it was as if Tetora as Red never happened.
Flash forward 3 years, and we get our resolution to this in Color Arise. To make a long story short, Tetora remains black, but the logo has changed so that Black is now in the center of it, showing the Tetora is now the leader. It's not exactly what I wanted, but it does firmly resolve the story of who the leader is.
The reason I really wanted to talk about this is because of how amazing the MV is. It takes the Sentai themes of Ryuseitai and makes a mini-movie out of it! Going to a mysterious world, encountering a hostile lifeform that traps all of them, only for Tetora to escape, free everyone, and then teleport back to a dying earth and healing it, and then performing a concert! The highlight of this entire video, to me, is the teleportation sequence, and how the idols "land" on the stage. It's an effect that can be done in real life with light projection and a trapdoor/raising stage, where the video plays on the big screen, and when they "arrive" the light beams shoot down from the ceiling and then the idols "emerge" from the trapdoor. It's the kind of effect you would have seen from the era where groups like The Backstreet Boys were the biggest music acts in the world and doing giant, Taylor Swift-style world tours. It fully fits with the kayfabe/fantasy of the unit, while being something practical.
My closing thought on this is....why wasn't this saved for the Climax? The Climax is going to be a Kanata centered song, which is a bit weird to me, as the story of Ryusetai has always been about Chiaki, and then about Tetora. This....was the conclusion to that story. There isn't anything else to Climax!

When he went to search for honey to be able to use another ability of alternative doll self, which made him able to turn honey into any form of weapon he want.

He stared at his hand, remembering an awful memory that made his mind blank the next thing he knows, there was a hole in the tree beside him as he punch it. He sighs as he looks at his hand that bleeds yet it slowly heals a drop of blood at his pinky suddenly becomes a string, familiar red strings.
" Oh, I finally found you. "
His eyes widen as he slowly turns around as follows the strings. He saw them, the past them looking at him oddly.
"Ahaha ~ did you see a ghost? "
They joked as they look around the place.
"I don't know a person soul space would look and feel like a time period of the past."

He can't believe his eyes as he slowly turns and walks toward you. Bewailed and too shocked. you give him a confused look but don't question nor move from your spot.
" Hmm? What's wrong ? Ah wait a moment. "
You clap your hand three times and everything stops in its motion. The time stops for the two of you.
"I was right this is not a soul space. It's a normal world but different time."
You look at him in wonder. He looks he been through a lot.
"I have seen you in my dream a couple of nights ago. You with ai. It was odd. So I have to look around, I don't know what part of the timeline you are in currently. Since I cannot read your fate..."
You start to reason as to why you're here at the moment but it is cut short as he pulled you by the back of the head to passionately kiss you, a kiss full of longing.
"Omae ... "
Tears Fall from his eyes as he reaches out to hug you tightly, he doesn't even care if his back to speaking the none code words or being heard by others because at this moment time has stopped, and only the two of you matter.
Your eyes widen in surprise as blush paint on your face, not understanding what's wrong with him. You hopelessly sigh as you hug him back.
"Omae? Like you? Or omae...
""Omae wa mou shinderu.""
The two of you said at the same time. You look at him in a daze as you wonder why he knows the meme.
"Ahahah~ your so silly. Of course I know that joke."
But he realize him saying it to you, it's probably not a joke.
"Oh! What a cultured person.."
You giggle through you look at him, noticing his outfit.
"Oh. You trying to perfect copy your alternative self?"
You look up to him as his hand still circle around your waist, he refuse to let you go.
" Ah... Aren't you supposed to be in the timeline few days after we meet? "
" It seems you know what timeline I am from. Yet you seem to just kiss me out of the blue. What an odd person. "
You sus him out, quite bluntly as you try to lean back or back away from the hug, just testing the water. He frowns before he keeps his secure hold on you, refusing to let go and continue to hug you.
"Well, I'm an easy person. If you don't let me hug you. I will eradicate your cousin. Kokoko. " He casually threatens you. His embrace becomes more suffocating, his deranged smile but you can't see it.
"... Huh?"
You tilt your head before you start to chuckle.
"That's funny. You shouldn't threaten me when I felt you have no full control of your powers at the moment."
You point out his flow.
".... I don't grow up learning magic. Of course, I won't be a pro when I just discovered it. " He reasoned out to you, pouting cutely.
"I told you, we have no such thing as a limit. Only the lack of imagination or will. Even the rules of the world can be bound to our hands as long your fate isn't predestined. Or maybe you can be strong enough to change it."
You remove his hand from around you as you back away.
"You look so hopeless. I'll help you out."
You offer your for him to take.
"But of course, you have to care of yourself and maybe tell that to ai too. Whatever trip you two go on, may you two have a safe journey... I honestly would forget our conversation since I would rather live in the present and not think much of the past or the future or the alternative worlds.
I don't know what kind of role you have in my life. In this story, our fate is entangled because of someone else silly idea. Nor I can snoop too much because we're the same type of fae."
You start to ramble and realized your being stared at by him far too much.
" Ahaha. Sorry, I speak too much. Just held my hand and I'll aid ya at ya problem. " You give a thumbs up.
"... Ya so silly. " He chuckle as he held your hand.
" Which one do you wanna control? Honestly if you want to copy an ability of your alternative self. Just think what type of reality and world they live. Their lore and such. Become one with them and become them... "
As he listens to your words, he closes his eyes. Many images of his alternative self appear in the back of his mind. One of them stood up and a black lacy hand offer his aid to him as he stood up from a majestic chair. Through his offer is nothing but an aid, he will not become one with him. The mad hatter looked down at him in amusement at his attempt to do what you instructed.
"... Agh...I cant... "
"Calm down.. geez." You chuckle. "Remember you and him might be different. Yet the value you learn in life is still the same. You and he are both [ kohaku Oukawa ]... " Gasping his hand you give a little push.
He takes a deep breath and glares at the mad hatter before he reaches out to him, and pulling him close to punch him in the gut.
{ Do it or I'll beat you up.} With that they start to fight, to see who would win.
"Pff--... Ahaha." You chuckle as if you see what's going on in his mind. He suddenly felt embarrassed, like him the mad hatter felt embarrassed by the childishness he also show as he would fight someone instead of thinking through it.

The mad hatter ask him as he sigh and stood up. He fix his cloths.
{ ... Of course. Why would I go and demand your ability if I don't? }

He replied to him with a matter of fact.

The mad hatter give him a suit of card. Reaching out to grab the card, he suddenly glow.

As the image of other him disappear, the mad hatter look at him one last time and ask him the question that bothers him.

Looking at the mad hatter for a moment, he answer. It could be full of honesty or a lies he give him a smile as outfit change to it's scr one (maxcap).

The mad hatter laugh as he fade away back to his own verse.
He slowly open his eyes seeing you who's eyes is close in serenity, while holding his hands. He felt such scene is so familiar as he gaze into your crystal heart that become visible in his sight.
"Omae..." He lean to give a kiss to your heart causing you to squirm and almost punch his face if he don't deflect it on time. "Ahaha. How cute." He mumble as he held your hands, he notice how starting to return back to your own timeline. "I promise to able to see you again... " Giving a last kiss. He watch you disappear but this time with a smile.
"Omae... I wanted to say... Your not born for the end... Your born because people want you to exist. To create your own story... "
He doesn't think people would be this nice either. Do you want something from him?
"Idk. I think I wanna share what I know and my knowledge with you. but then again, Based on the ranking test or yearly test. I'm not one who should do that." You remember how you keep sleeping during all the exams. It was too tiring to wait in line to get tested each year. "Maybe one day you can use it for entertainment." You added.
( Entertainment? Shouldn't it be better to use it for family business... )
"... So what type of magic do you wanna use? Ahaha. Since you and I are rare to exist, we don't have limits. Our lack of imagination is our limit."
"Like stopping time." You clap your hand three times. Suddenly all motion around you two pauses as the world turns grayscale.
"Huh? " He looked surprised as he looked at the people in the park before looking back at you. "H-how did you do that?"
"Magic!" You clap your hand three times again and the motion and time return to its normal flow. "Through reversing and going back in time is another genre. I don't think I would use such magic." You mumble.
"I don't think I have much to regret to reverse the time..." You remember your happy memories if you reverse the time. Those would change, a single thing would change those memories and make them nothing but an illusion, a memory that you will remember and only you if it will never ever occur again with a minor change in the time paradox.
The only reason you'll do that, if it means there's more gain in the ending.
"Can I do that ?"
"I heard that the second one is someone who can control the time. So probably you can!" You give a thumbs up. " Oh! Oh! There's actually a set of spells for every face. At least those in groups. I can help you get yours! " You offer your hand to him. " Hold my hand and I'll look through it. " Smiling happily.

"I... ok." He sighs after much doubt in his mind. He held your hand as he stared a bit at the linked hand of you and him. "I'm going to rest my forehead against you. I hope you won't mind." You lean closer to him after he nods, with a slight blush tinting on his cheeks. He's very curious about where this is going to stop now.
The moment the two of you enter a trance, the world around you glows and starts to sparkle bright colorful lights. It is so magical yet no one but you and he can see it. The strings that connect the two of you glow bright red.
He looks at you whose eyes are closed, focuses on your task, and can't help but tighten a bit.

It's so odd, the sensation he felt too lovely, he felt drowsy. Blinking his eyes he stared at you but his eyes caught sight of a beautiful crystalized heart on your chest. A pure white one.

His free hand unconsciously reaches out to touch it.
"Ahhh...." You suddenly snap out of your trance as you whimper a sound and grasp his hand tightly. A sensation that causes your hair to stand up and your toes to curl up.
You glare at him.
"Please don't do that..." Blush creeps on your face as the magical scene around you disappears. You wanna smack his touchy hands from poking your heart. You don't remember much of what you saw when you two are linked. But it's not something important if you forget about it.
"S-sorry..." He quickly apologized, he didn't understand what he did at all, he just did it like his hand had its mind of his own. "What was that... Through?"
"Oh. It's a crystal heart. Fae has only one of those; if it cracks, the fae will die. The color will change if you have feelings for someone." You quickly tell him about it. "ah... I just realized you can see my heart. That's new. " You chuckle.
" New? Wait did that mean..."(＠_＠)???
" No one can see it. Maybe because you and I are different from the rest. Only the two of us can view each other's hearts. The link between us may be too thick. "
"...Can you see mine then...? "(✷‿✷)
" I can but do I have to? Ahaha. Don't people wish to keep their own emotions a secret? " You nodded your head at his question. You look at his excited face as you take out a paper from your space to write something.
"There you go. I was just snooping around and exploring the link we have. I don't really need to look at what type of spells you can do. Since I already know beforehand. Ahaha~"
"...how?"
"I research about you--"
"Oh! Thank goodness that it's a normal outside world people habit then! I research about you too."
you wanna say it's a joke but you pause after hearing what he just said.
"Yup it's normal! Ahaha." For some people, I guess...' you don't want to make him feel bad, you feel bad if he suddenly realizes that's kinda questionable like him stalking ya since earlier.
"You sure? You seem to be lying. It's fine if it's not...." He pouted as he noticed your face twitch when he finished his words just now.
"Man, aren't you a tapeworm? Ahaha. Nope, it's kinda a questionable thing to do. You can ask me if you want to learn about me." You give up trying to hide it without hesitation.
"... I just realized why you are this open-minded or what do we call it, too trusting to me??"
