Al Pastor Tacos with White Onions, Cilantro. Left has a bit of handmade Guacamole and right has Green tomatillo salsa. The Al Pastor was SO GOOD, it didn't need any sauce but the Guacamole was on point, fresh made just before being brought to our table. This one also comes from our recent bacholor party weekend, at a small Taco shop located in Ensenada just 2 doors down from Papa and Beer. What an amazing find! This shit right here was the best taco I have ever had in LIFE. And I'm not just saying that, I will return to this taco place every single damn time i return to Ensenada.
