I've been thinking about coffee

So I've been thinking about what kind of coffee I'd like to be making and where do I even start on how to make them all.

So with that in mind I've been doing research. YouTube is an amazing place, I learned so much. Summer time I'd like to have frappachinos and iced coffee on the menu so now I know I need to make syrups and coffee bases for them. IN the colder months I'm sure cappachino and lattes will be popular so I'm going to need to invest in what kind of grinder I'm going to be needing.

As of yet I've to decide on if I want to roast my own or just buy in beans. Could I start off with buying grounded first? I'll definitively have to do some taste tests of products from diffrent companies. So if anyone has suggestions please feel free to share.

Welcome

This is my first adventure into starting a new business, I’m hoping one day I can achieve my dream of owning my own coffee shop/ store. To give you more of the idea of what I’d like to achieve I’ll go more into depth with this.

The IDEA: A coffee shop that not only sells coffee but, hosts many entertainment nights, from board games to cinema nights. Having a tranquil place for people to sit and relax in a nice modering setting with comfy seating, books, daily news papers all while sitting with a nice coffee and a fresh out the oven baked treat or two. I’d also like to have a shop in store that sells many curiosities such as art, houseplants, confectionary and other handmade items artists and local artisans can contribute to. 

I’m a sucker for the holidays so having a space like this would mean wonderful and exceptional deals and promotions all fitting into the retrospective holiday season. I’d just love to make a halloween display or a christmas display made out of the many goods I could sell. Having the aesthetic being wholesome and welcoming. 

So if I may ask my dear fellow Tumblr goers. Does this sound like a good idea? Any tips for reaching my goals?
