#Coloresciencegiftedme ☀️ I recently received the @colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Brush-On Shield SPF 50 Sunscreen PA++++ complimentary from Colorescience. I love trying different forms of sun protection and have used other powder sunscreens, so I was excited to see what the Colorescience version had to offer . The Sunforgettable Total Protection Brush-On Shield is a powder sunscreen containing Zinc Oxide (22.5%) and Titanium Dioxide (22.5%). It also contains antioxidants and hydrating ingredients and provides "environmental protection against UVA/UVB, pollution, blue light, and infrared radiation." The packaging is sturdy and the brush is antimicrobial, which I hadn't seen before in similar products. It comes in 4 shades. I'm usually a 23 in Korean base makeup and Medium was a good shade match for me . While I like the idea of a portable, powder sunscreen, this should not be your sole source of sun protection. Since it's a powder, you'd need a pretty thick layer of this to provide solid protection from the sun's rays. But, you wouldn’t do that because it would look horrible . I like to use this as another layer of sun protection in place of regular face powder since it has a sheer finish and doesn't provide significant color coverage. If my face gets a little shiny while I'm out and about, I blot, then brush on the Sunforgettable Brush On Shield. My only negative about the Brush- On Shield is that I initially had difficulties getting the powder to come out. I followed the instructions, but the powder was stuck at the base of the bristles. I contacted the brand and they gave me tips to get it to release more powder, and that helped . Overall, I do enjoy this product and I can see myself replacing this once it's empty.
