encouraging anyone who is ever thinking about typing or speaking the cursed words:
‘but [insert organism here] does nothing for the environment!’
to just
for a second. then follow these instructions:
(1) open up a web browser.
(2) type in ‘does [insert organism here] do anything for the environment?’
(3) learn something.
so many stupid fucking conversations could have been avoided with these few, easy steps.

All Summer in a day, Ray Bradbury adaptation stuff! Bunker Tunnel
God, concept design is hard. It was hurting my brain, trying to mash the style of Limbo into fitting an environment that was 1) indoors and underground, and 2) SUPPOSED to be claustrophobic.
Posting the concept stuff one by one, since I've recently just finished that up, more OTW but for those who care, I included some WIPs and exploration thumbnails for the bunker tunnel environment.
ideas for reducing my waste in 2025
using what I have!
reusable bags, reusable produce bags, using plastic free packaging when possible, reusing items for art or in my home, being selective when purchasing new items (will I actually use it?), eco bricking!, and composting.

when i was a child,
there was a floating island inside of an immortal bubble. noone else knew it was there, not even my imaginary friend. tho i think they did because the bubble was theirs.
sometimes there was a garden hanging over the edge. or a pokemon battle field. or a chest of things i liked. my dog would appear too. mainly, there was only a house. small, and easy to think about.
inside was always trying to escape outside. i'd let it a lot, it was so much easier to deal with the world when it was only as big as what i could imagine would come out.
i wish going back felt the same
🔈ATTENTION!!🔈
Near my home town, the city of Nanaimo (BC, Canada) is planning to forward a project which will involve building an AI data centre. Indigenous reserves in the area are already struggling with no access to clean water on Vancouver islands, and it breaks my heart as someone who's Metis to watch this happen to other indigenous peoples, let alone the heavy environmental consequences this will cause. No one asked for this!! The people don't want this! Even if you aren't from BC or Canada, please take a few seconds to sign this petition...
