Birthday reminds are okay. They saved me a few times. 'Hey, happy birthday. Of course I remembered, how could I forget you...'

Deathdate reminders are not as okay. They only make me sad. I'm having  good day, when 'Today we remember the loss of our brothers and sister, team Lima...' Thanks for the kick in the nuts! I prefer to be pleasantly surprised when a happy memory pops up....

I'm grateful such people lived.

(My heart goes out to the family and loved ones though. I'm not heartless- just a little messed up I suppose)
