“Ford said this was the address.”
Olivia stands in front of the mysterious house with Fiddleford and a piece of sticky note paper with the address. It wasn’t out of the norm for Stanford Pines to ask or request his other two partners-workers to run errands or go into town while he stayed put in the basement. Olivia usually didn’t like to do these silly errands in fear of the project overheating and not being there to keep things in check. Luckily Stanford was doing more than his fair share of overnight studying on the underground machine and learned a thing or two on nuclear physics. If Olivia and Fiddleford could make this little trip as quick as possible then they could return to the cabin within less than an hour.
The house... was abnormally normal. Olivia hadn’t traveled in this part of Gravity Falls downtown and was a little curious as to why Stanford wanted Fiddleford and her to visit the house. Stanford had said it was to pick up supplies from the owner of the house but from what Olivia could guess it was just a normal house inside just as it was inside. A green cut yard, a couple of flamingos, bushes of scrubs and flowers and even a cute few flower pots tucked on the porch. The house itself was painted brightly with pastel pinks, blues and greens. It had reminded Olivia of those houses who’d seen in magazines promoting old fashioned homes for new parents.
The only thing that was off about the house was the doll that sat on the porch steps. Olivia stood close to Fiddleford as they both ventured up the porch steps and didn’t dare get closer to the sitting doll. Olivia could of swore the little patched up toy was far too detailed to be just a normal Raggedy Anne Doll. It’s eyes were buttons and the clothes were clearly handmade. It stared off into the street as if the doll was keeping an eye on who came onto the property.
“... r-ring the doorbell.” Olivia urges Fiddleford in front of her. “Let’s just get whatever it is that Ford needs an’ leave.”
