Nobody mentioned or questioned this part in the comments on the chapter so!!! I want to point this out. In this part:
Conall took a second, less enthusiastic forkful of apple crumble. Was he being a creep? Was this some kind of metahuman thing? Was he - but he couldn't, surely...
"What's your dessert like? Give me your thoughts." Eon's voice interrupted his brooding.
"Ah, sure. It's pretty nice. There's a good balance, it's not..."
He trailed off, forgetting the end of the thought. What had he been saying?
What had he been thinking about? He glanced down at his fork.
Apple crumble?
Eon did a fae metahuman thing!!! They did some fair folk wordplay! They stole his thoughts!! Or rather, got Conall to give his thoughts to them. The way they said it, "What's your dessert like?" and "Give me your thoughts" are two separate statements. When Conall says "sure", he's agreeing to give them his thoughts (although he was saying "sure" about talking about his dessert, fae don't play fair).
Eon noticed Conall's expression and suspected he might be thinking something inconvenient (like perhaps realising that he's not as unaffected by a metahuman transformation as he's convinced himself he is) so they used a trick.
If Conall hadn't signed off that one email with "yours", this trick wouldn't have worked as well on him, either.
The right: They're at home, they're comfy, they're doing their knitting with a movie on in the background, do not disturb them
They wore primarily black clothing at work, in their off time their wardrobe has more reds, greens and yellows/gold unless they're dressing goth style. Although as a metahuman they spend a lot of time not wearing clothing at all (except maybe a comfy shawl or throw blanket around their shoulders at home).

35 years old, non-binary, bi/pan, Mexican, and former director of Orpheus site Epsilon-1 up until the containment breach that resulted in Eon and all their staff becoming metahumans. They chose the name Eon for themself in reference to the word aeon and to the Chevalier/Chevalière d'Éon. Their main interests/hobbies are movies and knitting.
They attended film school but were poached for a job at Orpheus after catching footage of a metahuman and using it in their thesis film. Working for Orpheus definitely wasn't their first career choice, but they took well to finding out that there were a lot of sexy monster people in the world, even if their job was to contain the sexy monsters. They worked their way up in Orpheus despite their unconventional background for an agent, and became one of the youngest site directors in the organisation.
One reason for their dedicated work for Orpheus is their desire to make sure queer people are represented at all levels of the organisation and that the organisation improves their LGBTQ+ inclusion policies. Even for the world the story is set in, Orpheus has a very accepting atmosphere and a high proportion of LGBTQ+ employees, which is part of what inspired them to go for the position of site director, to make sure that Orpheus stays that way. Eon was the one to propose that Orpheus fully fund gender affirming healthcare for employees, explaining it both for reasons of common decency and to make it less likely for gender non-conforming employees to be tempted by metahumans into becoming one out of frustration at being unable to afford transition costs otherwise. (This was a compelling argument, and the majority of site directors voted in favour.)
When they sent out an email to the other site directors following their metahuman transformation, they weren't really expecting any replies, but were intrigued to get one from Conall, who they vaguely knew before that point as an anxious-seeming and somewhat bland fellow site director. However they end up endeared by his sad puppy energy and their initial goal to just tempt him into transforming ends up becoming more personal. Plus they're entertained by seeing if they can get a boring workaholic to become a horny mess.

Eon's metahuman form is a very tall (almost twice Conall's height) black-furred baphomet-like goat creature with two curved and two straight horns, sharp teeth, four arms with claw-tipped fingers, several pairs of breasts, a long tail with a pointed tip, and cloven hooved digitigrade legs. They have the same piercings and hairstyle in their metahuman form. Although appearances suggest they're a demonic metahuman, they are actually both demonic and fae in nature.
