Hey so it's actually spring where I live, but my favourite thing about autumn is that familiar smell of rotting leaves mixing with the scent of light rain. I love the way the evergreen trees still block out patches of the sunlight but it doesn't cover all the land because of all the trees on which the leaves have turned the colours of sunset and are holding on for dear life just waiting for the tiniest breeze to help them float away. It's a beautiful time.
