he sings until his throat hurts, gets majorly wounded by instinctively taking a massive amount of holy energy for javier, and then javier realizes he genuinely wants to protect him because he's his true master in his heart and his friend?? (which by the way, got reduced to just a small part of the wall of notifications with no explanation behind it here.. fcking awful,,)
that then kickstarts a wave of rp because then all the workers also join the battle because they also want to protect him! and only then does lloyd finally get enough rp by shouting that he doesn't want them to die and that he'll fight for them even if he dies in the process!!
when you cut out all of that, it just makes it look like he did nothing the whole time and then got the rp just by crying for it.. it's simply plot armor at that point- :/ and I fcking hate it,,
