AU where Skuld and Ephemer reunite as adults but they’re no longer the people they used to be. To make matters worse, Skuld has no recollection of Ephemer at all. But Ephemer refuses to leave her side for a second time.

It is raining lately. Yet, Skuld doesn't bring umbrella. Probably she has forgotten it. Running to home seems to be and IS really a bad idea. Ephemera shares umbrella so she won't get soaked.

Xehanort’s family! I’m the previous post, I shared Onyssa’s theory on how Skuld could be Xehanort’s Great Great grandma (Something Nomura has seemingly confirmed) and still be Subject X (not confirmed by extremely probable) at the same time.

Even though talk about Eraqus’s relationship with Brain or Xeha’s relationship with Ephemer is usually well received, the same is not the case for Skuld, because it tends to upset the people who like the Subject X theory. I think that’s nonsensical! The theory can coexist with the confirmed idea that Skuld and Xeha are related and I think we should embrace that!

With that said, I’m going to be discussing my heavily canon divergent AUs anyway, so none of that matters.

In most of my AUs, the timeline is condensed so that Skuld and Eph can be Xeha’s grandparents, not his great great grandparents. I also gave his mother the name Volla.

Imagine IF Xeha had been raised by his mother and by Skuld? Protected by a loving and more emotionally stable family into adulthood, as opposed to being treated like he was disposable the way he was by Odin. Imagine how different he’d have turned out! Imagine the sassy, crude dynamic this family would have as a whole. Imagine Xeha and Skuld having petty arguments constantly and Skuld, despite being tinier than him, pulling him by the ear and scolding him for acting bitchy. Imagine how silly and out of place Ephemer looks among his insane family. Imagine Skuld being there when Xehanort gets married (To Eraqus, in my AUs) and holding Xeha and Era’s newborn kid! There is so much to be explored here and the dynamic is underrated as hell.
