☺ Midnight?
Its most potent fear is the dark - or more accurately the absence of light - but it’s also afraid to varying degrees of falling from great heights, losing every left sock in its pairs, and eggs.
Midnight was not actually the first NB Sim I ever made, despite how easy it would be to get that impression. That would be Alex Hatcher, made for a long-defunct Simblr before SJS even became a thing.
Nov has always wanted to keep a pig. No one’s sure how that happened.
It’s got a pet sprite called Skronk instead, but it’s not the same.
I initially conceived nov as a homage to those weird Novi Starz dolls (hence the pronouns) that were around a couple of years ago. You know, the ones with names like Mae Tallick and Sila Clops? I believe nova general aesthetic came specifically from Una Verse.
Its favourite dreams of the Dream Pod are “About Heroism” and “About Romance”.
The reason Lacey ‘Lapis’ Lazuli broke up with it was she got tired of having to constantly reassure it about stuff. Of course, it took a lot of cover-story unravelling before Lapis could say that out loud, so yeah, jerkwad all around.
Ha! A lapiz lazuli with a space rock. Is that more or less awkward than a peridot with a pearl?
Since ephyradear deactivated a while back, I can’t remember its ‘canon’ fate so well. But I do know that if it had kids, it would definitely name at least one of them Allie. Maybe all of them Allie if it could get away with it.
It’s my pet headcanon that the Sunglow BC and the Galactic MMBC take place within a couple of months of each other, since both are in the future, so Midnight’s watching the Galactics go down and feeling not-so-secretly relieved that nov dodged that literal bullet.

When I finally convinced my boyfriend to pay DAO, he surprising went crazy over Alistair. It was adorable :)
I was so surprised he doesn’t love Alistair bc they have very similar personalities xD He only likes Morrigan and Zevran *sigh*
