Epiphany Johnson played by the talented Sonya Eddy.
wanted to do some epiphany fanart as tribute to sonya eddy. R.I.P. beloved
That Epiphany tribute was beautiful, touching and well done. It was a nice idea to have Epiphany die a hero and to put the focus on people she had real ties to. Monica reading Epiphany's letter of support to Liz was a really sweet, effective moment.
And it was a perfect way to pass the head nurse torch to Liz. Emma, cute as ever, being there as representative of Patrick and Robin was a pleasant surprise and I loved her reunions with Anna and Robert.
But the focus on Epiphany's love for her fellow nurses was the right choice. It was just a really nice tribute to the character's spirit and history and all that Sonya Eddy brought to the energy of the hospital.
Liz planning her memorial service, The cameos from Milo, Emma, and hearing Monica's voice, The letter that led to the fireworks. It was all chef's kiss.
Seeing all these characters gathering together really empathizes how many lives she's touched whether she was gathering you all the way together (for your own good😉) or giving advice while you cried on her shoulder she was always there for these people and in the end she was there for one more person. Truly this was the best episode we've had all of march and I'm glad that episode was epiphany's tribute.🥹
Sidenote: I'm really going to miss her because she was the only who would read people and still be beloved by the same person she was reading.😂
Sonya Eddy passing is so awful. And it's even sadder to me that Epiphany was finally heading to medical school and was gonna be an amazing doctor
R.I.P. Sonya Eddy 😢
