As if 2020 wasnāt bad enough already with the pandemic. Me and millions of other people were betrayed by Disney. They decided to crush the dreams and hopes of such talented people who could have made it big one day. They shut down such a wonderful game and left fans livid and heartbroken.
They said Storyscape wasnāt popular enough. Like seriously? Quality matters over quantity and they had over a million downloads on the App Store and thatās a lot when they just launched their app in 2019.
Why? Well they decided to value money over art and quality and this is why I hate capitalism.
If you guys donāt know already, Storyscape was one of the best interactive game out there and I am not extravagating. It was way better than epsiode or choices.
Others apps couldnāt even compare and this is coming from someone who was a huge fan of āEpisodeā for a few years. I tried many other games but they had such low quality that I just gave up.
Storyscape had such exquisite art style. It was realistic and not cartoonish like epsiode ( even tho I still love their art)and the backgrounds were beautiful and detailed. And the stories were written by actual authors. The way I felt about this game is the way I feel about my favorite books. Now that says something, doesnāt it?
And the soundtrack. It was unlike any other. It was so peaceful and beautiful. Felt as if I was being transported into another world.
This was the only game that was such high quality and worth buying those gems choices for those gorgeous art scenes. Each of my penny spent for art scene was worth it unlike other games.
Even tho I only played this game for a little while. I will always cherish it and I am glad I took SS of the art scenes to look back at.
I am so sad to the stories I didnāt get to read and now wonāt have a chance to.
I am really really frustrated and disappointed in you, Disney.
